Finally upgraded to F9 using preupgrade rpm 2 weeks ago. preupgrade allow me to download only my required packages while I continue working, and after reboot it only take less than an hour to upgrade my laptop.
Initially grub wasn't installed properly, but that was easily solved with the grub program. A wine crashed my laptop, and I found out that it's my profile problem; so I took the opportunity to wipe out the .wine dir and reinstall my windows programs.
Other then the problems above, there wasn't much of any other problems and I could continue to do my work within a few hours. Of course I'm happily enjoying the new interface now.
